Shipping and deliveries
The items you purchased will be sent to you according to your choice:
1.Free registered mail when you buy over 250 NIS.
2.Registered mail for purchases of up to 250 NIS at a cost of 15 NIS.
3.Home delivery by a courier at a cost of 25 NIS
4.Store pickup: Dizengoff 122 Tel Aviv
5.International shipping by registered mail at a cost of 50 NIS
Home delivery by courier (Israel only):
Deliveries take place from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00. Delivery time is between 3-14 business days.
Recommended to enter an address where someone is present during these hours. Make sure the phone number you provide while placing the order is valid, allowing the courier company to contact you and schedule your delivery.
The deliveries are carried out by an external courier company, and therefore we are not responsible for delays related to the courier. However, you can contact us at [email protected] or call +97236780088 and we’ll do our best to assist.
Registered mail delivery:
Registered mail delivery via Israeli Post – delivery time of up to 14 business days.
When shipping the products you have purchased, you will also receive an email with a tracking number of the package. Using the number you can check the Israeli Post’s website for the shipping status.
If the shipping company or Israel Post will not be able to deliver the shipment for any reason, we will inform you of it and work to find an alternative solution acceptable to both parties. The site’s management will not be responsible for delays in the supply of products as a result of events that are not under its control and caused from force majeure, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, malfunctions in computer systems or telephone systems that will prevent the proper completion of the purchase process, as well as malfunctions in e-mail services.
Exchanges or returns
Any product may be replaced or returned to us as long as it has not been used or damaged, by registered mail or by returning it to the store, up to 14 days from receiving the product.
If 14 days have past, it will not be possible to exchange or return products.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send us a message within 24 hours of receiving it at [email protected] or by phone at +97236780088.
Please specify the order number, the product you want to replace or return and the reason for the replacement or the return. No exchange or return will be allowed without such notice.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or NIS 100, whichever is lower will be deducted from the refund.
A product returned will be credited with the purchase amount only if it is not used and in its original packaging.
The monetary credit will be given within 14 days of receipt of the product in the Company and will be performed under the same conditions in which the transaction was charged and only to the credit card the order was paid with.
* A product purchased in a sale can be returned for a refund up to 7 business days from the date of receipt.
You can visit the store to return / exchange a product you purchased on the site. In such a case you’ll need to display the invoice for the online purchase, as well as the confirmation email for the return / exchange.
Without the invoice and confirmation email, it will not be possible to return or exchange.
